Make payments on time as agreed

3. Payments & Fees
All fees must be paid as agreed in your service contract or invoice.
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect already agreed contracts.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to deliver the best possible results, Expert Ecom Solution does not guarantee:
Specific revenue amounts
Profit margins
Sales volume
Marketplace approval or continued account status
E-commerce performance depends on multiple factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.
5. Intellectual Property

Clients may not copy, distribute, or resell our proprietary systems, automation methods, or documentation without written consent.

We take reasonable measures to protect client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Payments are not made on time

Clients may terminate services according to the terms stated in their service agreement.
